Angela Terry (born Angela Marie Dawson, July 18, 1948, Seattle, Washington, U.S.A.), retired American insurance broker, haiku poet and organizer. Among her more recent honors are inclusion of her work in A New Resonance 11: Emerging Voices in English-language Haiku (2017) and the selection of a haiku of hers for the Museum of Haiku Literature Award in Frogpond (Spring/Summer 2020). She was Secretary of the Haiku Society of America and ex officio member of the HSA Executive Committee from 2010 to 2013. She also served as HSA Washington State Regional Coordinator (2014–2018) as well as President of Haiku Northwest (2014–2016). Terry currently serves on the panel of judges for The Haiku Foundation Touchstone Awards for Individual Poems. She moved from Seattle to Sequim, Washington, in October 2020.
