Enrique Linares

Enrique Linares

Enrique Linares (full name Enrique Linares Martí, born February 27, 1962, Valencia, Spain), works in telecommunications and as a flautist and multi-instrumentalist, and is as well a haiku poet, anthologist, and editor. He writes in both Spanish and Catalan. He has received several haiku awards, recently for the best haiku in Catalan in the 5th Haiku Barcelona contest, 2019. He is the founder and director of the print/online haiku magazine Hojas en la Acera (HELA; Leaves on the Sidewalk) and editor of Hojas de Té (Tea Leaves), a publisher of haiku books. Resides in Valencia.
