Marcyn Del “Marcy” Clements (born Marcyn Del Morgan, January 1, 1940, Brawley, California, U.S.A.; adopted name Brown), American, massage therapist and assistant administrator of The Claremont Club in Claremont, Calif.; musician (recorders, Native American flutes, and harp); photographer; writer; poet; and haiku poet. She has more than 750 works in print, primarily longer poems and articles, and anticipates the publication of her first poetry collection, Shinrin Yoku, in 2021. She has published haiku since the mid-1990s in the major American print journals, and online since the early 2000s. She has won awards in Haiku Headlines and received an honorable mention in the haiku contest at Haiku North America 2017. She is one of three coeditors of the rengay journal Tandem. Clements has lived in Claremont, Calif., since 1975.
