Allyson Whipple (born Allyson Mary Whipple, April 11, 1984, Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A.), American higher education administrator, pilates instructor, poet, haikai poet, editor, and organizer. Published more than 200 haiku, senryu, haibun, and linked forms since 2013. A haiku chapbook, Postcards from Texas, was published in 2023. Earlier was active in the Austin, Texas, poetry community. Currently editor and host of The Culinary Saijiki blog and podcast, founder of the online journal Haiku Girl Summer, and editor of the Haiku Society of America Newsletter. Resides in Saint Louis, Missouri.
