Frances Angela (January 17, 1950, Bolton, Lancashire, England), British play psychotherapist and haiku poet. Her haiku and haibun collection, Philip Street, won the Snapshot Press Chapbook Award in 2018, and an e-chapbook of one-line haiku appeared in 2019. Honors include a Touchstone Individual Haiku Poem Award and a Martin Lucas Haiku Award. Resides in London.
