Antoaneta Nikolova (Антоанета Николова), born June 26, 1961, Sofia, Bulgaria, teaches Eastern philosophy and comparative religion and translates classical Chinese poetry. Member of the Association of Bulgarian Writers, the Bulgarian Haiku Union, Haiku Club Sofia, and the World Haiku Association, and frequently organizes international haiku conferences. Resides in Sofia, Bulgaria, and Dresden, Germany.

Darina Deneva (born Darina Georgieva Deneva, Bulgarian Cyrillic: Дарина Георгиева Денева, December 7, 1969, Ruse, Bulgaria), Bulgarian translator and haiku poet. Publishes work in English, Russian, and Bulgarian in journals, websites, and anthologies. Coauthored the trilingual haiku collection Кибритени лодки / Matchbox Boats / Лодки из спичечных коробков. Resides in Sofia.

Detelina Tiholova (Detelina Jekova Tiholova, Bulgarian Cyrillic: Детелина Жекова Тихолова; born February 10, 1970, Dobrich, Bulgaria), art teacher, poet, and haiga artist. Published her book of haiku, haiga, and sumi-e in 2010. Held her first of a dozen exhibitions of paintings, photographs, and haiga in 2011. Her works have been included in many Bulgarian and multilingual anthologies. Won prizes in the IAFOR Vladimir Devidé Haiku Award and several national contests. Resides in Kyustendil, Bulgaria.

Diana Teneva (born Diana Ruseva Teneva, Bulgarian Cyrillic: Диана Русева Тенева, October 1, 1966, Haskovo, Bulgaria), Bulgarian poet and teacher of English and French at the Sveti Paisii Hilendarski Comprehensive School, Haskovo. Published poetry collections in 2005, 2010, and 2012, and has had haiku published in international journals and anthologies online and in print. Won recognition in the first and fourth Bulgarian International Cherry Blossom Haiku Contests (2015, 2018) and the IAFOR Vladimir Devidé Haiku Award (2016). Listed among the European Top 100 Most Creative Haiku Authors from 2013 to 2019. Resides in Haskovo, Bulgaria.

Dilyana Georgieva (born Dilyana Dimitrova Georgieva, Bulgarian Cyrillic: Диляна Димитрова Георгиева, March 2, 1972, Vratsa, Bulgaria), Bulgarian opera singer, human resources manager, and haiku poet and organizer. Member of the Bulgarian Haiku Union since 2012 and its chairwoman since 2020. Coauthored and included in several multilingual haiku and rengay collections and has won recognition in leading Bulgarian contests. Resides in Sofia.
