Bona M. Santos (born Ilagan City, Isabela province, northern Philippines), former marine science researcher in the Philippines and now working for a real estate development company in Los Angeles. Member of the Haiku Society of America, the Southern California Haiku Study Group, and the Yuki Teikei Haiku Society. Invited guest poet at the 2022 YTHS Annual Spring Reading and served as registrar for the group’s 2021 Haiku Retreat. Published in the top journals as well as in haiku-group anthologies. Coauthored a chapbook, Not Your Kids‘ Nursery Rhyme Haiku (2022). Lives in Los Angeles.
