Christopher Patchel (born June 5, 1953, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S.A), American freelance graphic designer, artist, and haikai poet. His haiku, haibun, and haiga have been published in the leading print and online journals and anthologies. His collection, Turn Turn, was a Touchstone Distinguished Book Award finalist. Created the cover art for Frogpond from 2012 to 2018 and was journal editor 2016–2018. Lives in the Chicago suburbs.
