Jenny Fraser (born Jennifer Margaret Fraser, April 6, 1946, Te Awamutu, New Zealand), primary and ESL teacher; fiber artist and founder of Riverweaver, a producer of designer handweavings that have been featured in the permanent collection of the Waikato Museum; Celtic musician; and poet. Her haikai and tanka appear in international journals and anthologies, and she has been honored in several international haiku competitions and is a judge in the 2025 NZPS contest. Serves as tanka editor for the United Haiku and Tanka Society journal Cattails. Lives in Mount Maunganui, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.
