Małgorzata Formanowska (born Małgorzata Zuzanna Miksiewicz, January 30, 1985, Wrocław, Poland), Polish philologist and haiku and haiga poet. Has work appearing in Polish and international publications. Laureate of the 2018 Ewa Tomaszewska Poetry Award and prizewinner in several Polish and international competitions. Member of the Polish Haiku Association; serves on the editorial team of its annual almanac and of its internet magazine. Coauthor of haiku anthologies and blogger. Lives in Wrocław, Poland.
