Ce Rosenow (born Cecilia L. Rosenow, May 28, 1967, Tacoma, Washington, U.S.A.), educator, academic, writer, and haiku poet. She has served as president of the Haiku Society of America, editor of Northwest Literary Forum, publisher of Mountains and Rivers Press, senior editor of Juxtapositions: the Journal of Haiku Research and Scholarship, lead organizer of the Haiku North America 1997 conference, and coorganizer of several other haiku conferences and meetings. She publishes her haiku and related forms widely in publications in the U.S.A. and abroad, including journals and anthologies, books and chapbooks of haiku, book reviews, and articles. Rosenow is the author of the Haikupedia article “Lorraine Ellis Harr." She resides in Eugene, Oregon.
