Todor Bikov (Тодор Биков), born December 12, 1956, Pazardzhik, Bulgaria; died May 24, 2016, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, poet, publicist, political scientist, and art critic. Founder and editor-in-chief of the Art Club (Арт клуб) newspaper and cofounder of Haiku Club Plovdiv. Member of the Union of Bulgarian Writers and five-term chairman of the Club of Cultural Figures in Plovdiv; participated in the 3rd World Haiku Association Conference in Sofia and Plovdiv. Edited the bilingual haiku anthology Прагове / Thresholds. Resided in Plovdiv.
